For a full listing video with music, voiceover and your branding, Pedra and AutoReel are the strongest picks we checked. For a short "furniture appears in the empty room" reveal clip, Kispo does it for about a dollar. Collov and TensorPix sit in between, and HeyGen and Virtual Staging AI each cover only half the job.
Kispo is our product. It is in the list with its limits, and in two places below another tool is the better choice.
What is a virtual staging video?
It is one of three things, and tools differ on which they do. A reveal clip shows an empty room becoming furnished in a few seconds. A listing video strings together several staged photos with motion, music and narration. A virtual tour lets a buyer move through the rooms. Most tools do one well and the others loosely, so decide which you need first.

How we picked
We looked for tools a realtor, photographer or designer could use today to get from an empty-room photo to a shareable video. We checked each vendor's pricing and product pages and dropped any number we could not confirm there. A tool that only stages still photos is listed only when readers commonly ask about it, and it is marked as such. Nobody paid for a spot.
Tool notes
Kispo
Kispo has two relevant pieces. The staging tool turns an empty-room photo into a furnished one at 3 credits per image, roughly $0.26. The staging reveal video tool takes an empty room and animates furniture appearing, as a fade-in, piece by piece or by room zone, in a 5 or 10 second 1080p clip. The $1 trial's 14 credits covers one 5 second clip.
Limits worth knowing: the camera is fixed, there is no music, voiceover or logo, and the furniture in the clip is generated as part of the video, so it will not match a specific staged still you have already approved. It works as a social hook or a listing thumbnail clip, not a full listing video. For that, use Pedra or AutoReel. For the stills themselves, see our virtual staging tool.
Pedra
Per Pedra's site, one product builds videos from your photos with voiceover, music, subtitles and your logo, in vertical and horizontal versions. Staging costs 1 credit per image and animating a photo costs 5 credits. The pricing page shows a Pro plan at 29 euros a month for 100 credits, with videos and virtual tours listed as unlimited, and a free trial of 7 credits, one video and one tour with no card. It is the most complete option here for agents, though output specs are not published.
Collov AI
Collov's pricing page lists plans from $19 a month and an AI Virtual Tour feature on Premium and Enterprise, with up to 20 images per video on Premium. Collov is a good fit if you already stage with it. Billing terms and the free trial allowance were not clear on the page, so confirm them before you subscribe.
AutoReel
AutoReel turns still listing photos into video tours and includes AI staging on every plan. Per its pricing FAQ, the free plan gives 2 watermarked videos a month, and paid plans (Essential, Growth, Pro) are billed quarterly after a 7-day trial. It suits agents who produce several listing videos a month. How much staging each plan includes is not published.
TensorPix
TensorPix bundles staging tools, a video generator and a video enhancer. It has a free tier and paid plans starting at $5.50 a month billed annually. It is the cheapest way to try staging plus video in one place. On the free tier, input is capped at 720p and files are deleted after 30 days.
HeyGen
HeyGen's real estate page says plainly that it is not a virtual staging engine. It takes approved staged photos and adds an AI presenter and voice. If you want a talking-head tour of staged rooms, stage elsewhere first, then bring the photos here. Plans start with a free tier and Creator at $29 a month.
Virtual Staging AI
Virtual Staging AI stages still photos in 50+ styles. The pricing page lists Basic at $16 a month for 6 photos, and no video features appear. It is a reasonable stills tool to pair with a video maker. It is not a video tool.
Which one should you choose?
- Agent producing several listing videos a month: Pedra or AutoReel. Both are built for the whole listing video.
- Agent who wants a quick social clip of an empty room becoming furnished: Kispo. It is the fastest and cheapest of the group for a short reveal.
- Photographer adding staging as an upsell: Pedra, or Virtual Staging AI for stills plus your own editor.
- Agent who wants to appear on camera without filming: Stage the photos first, then use HeyGen.
- Brokerage on a tight budget: Start with the TensorPix free tier or the $1 Kispo trial and see which result you like.
Disclose virtual staging
Many MLSs and brokerages require staged images to be labeled, and a video built from staged photos carries the same obligation. Check your MLS rules, label the video or caption, and keep the original photos. Our guide to AI virtual staging and MLS rules covers the basics.
FAQ
What is the best AI virtual staging video tool?
For a complete listing video with music, voiceover and branding, Pedra and AutoReel are the strongest options we checked. For a short reveal clip of an empty room becoming furnished, Kispo is the cheapest. The right one depends on whether you need a full video or a quick clip.
Can AI turn staged photos into a video?
Yes. Pedra, AutoReel, Collov and TensorPix all build videos from listing photos, and HeyGen adds a narrator over them. Kispo animates an empty-room photo into a furnished reveal. In every case, watch the result closely, because AI motion can bend walls or change furniture between frames.
How much does a virtual staging video cost?
It ranges from free to $49 a month in this guide. Kispo's 5 second reveal costs 14 credits, roughly $1.15 to $1.40. Pedra starts at 29 euros a month, Collov at $19, TensorPix at $5.50 and HeyGen at $29. AutoReel has a free plan with watermarked videos.
Do I have to disclose virtual staging in a video?
Often yes. Many MLSs and brokerages require staged photos to be labeled, and a video made from those photos should carry the same note. Rules vary by market, so check your MLS guidelines and add a plain caption such as "virtually staged" to the video.
Is there a free virtual staging video tool?
Several have free entry points. AutoReel gives 2 watermarked videos a month, HeyGen gives 3 watermarked videos, and TensorPix has a free tier. Pedra offers 7 credits, one video and one tour with no card. Kispo has a $1 trial instead of a free tier.
Try Kispo's staging reveal video with 14 credits for $1, or see plan pricing. If you also need listing video from photos, read our guide to AI property video from listing photos.
