What you get from one brief
A concept compiles into separate, named parts rather than one lump of mesh — which is what makes it editable rather than just viewable.
Walls are walls. Doors and windows are real openings cut through them, with glazing. Floors are slabs, and the upper slab has a genuine stairwell void with stairs running through it. A gable or hip roof sits on top with triangular gable end walls, pitched between 10 and 45 degrees.
Alongside the 3D view you get a labelled 2D plan and a room schedule you can export as CSV or PDF, a finishes palette you can recolour for free, and undo. Five individual asset categories are available too, at 15 credits ($1.31) each, when you need one architectural element rather than a whole house.

- 3Read the design notes before you trust itAnything the plan cleanup repaired — a room slid back inside the footprint, an overlap resolved, a wall squared, a piece of furniture dropped because it blocked a door — is written out as a note you can read. Nothing is silently fixed.
- 4Revise, or take it furtherA revision in plain English costs 15 credits ($1.31). Changing colours, moving the camera, undo and every export are free. A photoreal render of the current view costs 4 credits ($0.35).

What does an AI 3D home model generator actually produce?
In Kispo's case, real geometry — not a picture of geometry. A concept compiles into separately named parts: walls, door and window openings, glazing, floor slabs, stairs, roof planes and gable ends. You can orbit it, switch floors, read a labelled 2D plan and room schedule, recolour finishes, undo, and export a validated GLB.
How much does it cost?
A home concept is 25 credits ($2.19 at Kispo's standard credit value) and a revision is 15 credits ($1.31). New accounts start with 14 free credits and no card. Credits buy the attempt, not a guaranteed model — if Astra runs and returns something unusable, that attempt is still charged, and the ledger row says so.
Can I use it for construction drawings?
No. This is concept modelling, not BIM or construction documentation. Terrain, complex footprints, curved architecture, dormers, MEP and detailed fixtures are out of scope, and any dimension taken from a reference is a reconstruction that needs review against the real drawings.
What file can I export?
A validated GLB, which opens in Blender, three.js, model-viewer and most 3D pipelines. The SketchUp Ruby and 3ds Max MAXScript exports are experimental import scripts — they do not produce native .skp or .max files, and native application compatibility still needs testing.
Can it handle two storeys and a pitched roof?
Yes — one or two storeys on a rectangular footprint, with a flat, gable or hip roof at a 10–45 degree pitch. A hip always ridges along the longer plan dimension. The height you type is measured to the eaves, so a pitched model stands taller than that number. Roofs carry no eaves overhang, gutters or ridge capping.
Is the model furnished?
It can be. Rooms take simple primitive blocks — bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, kitchen counter, appliance and sanitary fittings — each a separately named part, at no extra cost. Any piece that would block a door or the staircase is dropped and reported in the design notes.
Can I share the model with a client?
Yes, and sharing is free. A read-only snapshot publishes at a /m/ link with orbit, floor toggles, the 2D plan, the room schedule, CSV and PDF downloads and the GLB. It needs no account, and on Android it places the model at room scale in AR.
